At Faith & Fido, we provide one on one grooming services to pamper your canine friend in a comfortable, home environment with limited to no cage time.

About our Services

Bath and Tidy

Thorough double shampoo and condition, anal gland expression if needed, blow out, ear cleaning, nail trim, paw tidy, brush out, face tidy, sanitary care, and finishing spray. May include some spot shaving of very small matting. Includes a bow, tie, or bandana.

 

Touch Up Packages

Individual or package services that take just a few minutes for between groomings - nail trim, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, maintenance brush out, paw tidy, sanitary care, face tidy (especially eye boogers!), and more.

 

Full Groom Package

Complete grooming experience with personalized styling. Includes all mentioned in bath and tidy, plus full hair cut, from short or long styles, and scissor work. 

Includes a bow, tie, or bandana.

 

Creative Color

We are happy to announce that we now offer creative color as a service for full groom dogs. 

If you are interested in just a streak or two of color, or a more bold creative work of art on your pet, talk with Rachel to go over details and to discuss rates. 

A creative color waiver will be required.

What types of pets do you groom?

We groom dogs of all breeds and sizes, and may be able to accommodate other small pets upon request.

Do I need to make an appointment?

Yes, an appointment is required as Faith & Fido is a one-woman show. This allows our groomer to ensure your pet recieves the one-on-one attention they deserve.

You may also call or text and provide your name, dogs name + breed + weight + number of dogs you want to book + service needed + best dates and times for you, and I will book for you.

When you arrive, please call or text. We have video surveillance to help keep us in the know on arrivals, but notification will ensure we get out to you asap.

We use high-quality, pet-safe grooming products that are gentle on their skin and fur, ensuring a healthy and clean finish.

What cleaning products do you use?

Towels and happy hoodies are washed in gentle castille detergent to reduce the risk of an allergy to products. 

We use kennelsol to sanitize between and during grooms, which is a vet recommended cleaning product.

Blades and shears are disinfected with blade wash and shear specific cleaners regularly.

Meet the Groomer

Rachel Evans 

Co-founder and Groomer. Rachel's journey to grooming started with simple love for dogs from a young age, and as she got older, the desire to help them. She started with rescuing, then fostering for area rescues. She decided to take a risky leap and applied to be a kennel tech at a Tyler vet, with hopes of going to school to become a vet tech. After a while, it became clear the vet tech life was not fitting for her nature. She became friends with the clinic groomer though, and from there, the realization came that she could use her love of dogs and her love of art to help dogs in this way.

Rachel was a student of Paragon School of Pet Grooming and graduated as a Pet Groomer in August 2023. She has taken continuing education courses through Barkleigh in 2024 and has worked under a local mentor from end of 2022 till January 2025 when Faith & Fido began.
